Player of the Week - Justin Knolhoff, McKendree College

Columbia, Mo. –  Justin Knolhoff, a senior infielder for the McKendree College Bearcats, has been named the American Midwest Conference Player of the Week in men's baseball for the week of April 9 - 15. Knolhoff, who is just 45 hits shy of breaking the NAIA's career hit record, totaled 12 hits in 25 at-bats, leading McKendree to a 6-2 record for the week. The Centralia, Ill. native racked up two doubles, two triples, tow home runs and five RBIs.

Pitcher of the Week – Abi Reyes, Missouri Baptist College

Columbia, Mo. – Abi Reyes, a junior right-handed hurler for the Missouri Baptist College Spartans, has been named the American Midwest Conference Pitcher of the Week in men's baseball for the week of April 9 - 15. In his seven innings on the mound last week, Reyes led the Spartans to a 2-0 victory over Harris-Stowe State College. Reyes, who hails from Arecibo, Puerto Rico, recorded two strikeouts and zero walks.
