Men's Basketball - Khamari Ballard, Columbia College
Columbia College guard Khamari Ballard is the AMC Player of the Week in men's basketball for Jan. 11-17. Ballard led the seventh-ranked Cougars to two victories last week, pushing the squad's current winning streak to 16 games. The senior from Jackson, Miss. averaged 21.5 points per game and corralled 4.5 rebounds. In addition, he passed out five assists and swiped seven steals.

Women's Basketball -Tiffany Foote, Columbia College
Tiffany Foote, a 5-6 junior guard for the Columbia Lady Cougars, is the AMC Player of the Week in women's basketball for Jan. 11-17. Foote totaled 29 points in Columbia's two AMC regular season wins last week. Versus Missouri Baptist University, the University City, Mo. native posted a double-double, notching 13 points and ten rebounds to go along with seven assists, three blocked shots and two steals. For the week, she averaged 14.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.5 steals.
