Men's Basketball - Jeremy Bell, Williams Baptist College
Williams Baptist College guard Jeremy Bell is the American Midwest Conference Player of the Week in men's basketball for Jan. 18-24. The junior from Marked Tree, Ark. averaged 34.5 points in Williams Baptist's two games last week. He shot 53 percent from the field, including four of his seven attempts from beyond the three-point arc. Bell also averaged seven rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.5 steals.

Women's Basketball - Jacque Clark, McKendree College
Jacque Clark, a 5-10 senior guard for the Bearcats from McKendree College, has been named the AMC Player of the Week in women's basketball for Jan. 18-24. Clark led the Bearcats, who are ranked No. 23 in the latest NAIA Top 25 Poll, to two wins last week. She shot 57 percent from the field and 60 percent from behind the three-point line, connecting on six of her ten attempts. For the week, Clark, who hails from Paris, Ill., averaged 21.5 points, 3.5 assists and 1.5 steals.
