been named the American Midwest Conference women's basketball Player of the Week for the
weeks of Dec. 14-Jan. 3. Lewis averaged 17.3 points and seven rebounds per outing in three
games over the holidays. She scored 22 points, pulled in 12 rebounds and swiped two steals
vs. NCAA Division II Lincoln University. In addition, she added 14 points and seven
rebounds in a seven-point loss to nationally ranked Lambuth College. Lewis is a native of
St. Louis, Mo. |
