Player of the Week - Stephanie Sebacher, William Woods University

[Columbia, MO] - Stephanie Sebacher, a forward/guard for the William Woods University Owls, has been named the American Midwest Conference Player of the Week for women's basketball for the week of Jan. 4 - Jan. 11. The 6-0 sophomore averaged 18 points and four rebounds for the Owls last week, guiding WWU to a 2-1 record and a second place finish in the Grand View College Tournament in Des Moines, Iowa. A native of Jonesburg, Mo., Sebacher hit 69 percent of her field goal attempts, netting 20 of her 29 shots. In addition, she swiped five steals and handed out two assists. For her efforts, Sebacher was named to the Grand View College All-Tournament Team.
