Player of the Week - Katelyn Cleveland, McKendree College Lebanon, Ill. - Katelyn Cleveland, a midfielder from McKendree College, has been named the American Midwest Conference Women's Soccer Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 17-24. Cleveland, from Collinsville, Ill., picked up four assists in the Bearcats' two wins last week. She recorded two assists in a 3-1 upset win over No. 15 ranked St. Xavier University, including an assist on the game-tying goal. In her next game, a 6-0 win over Benedictine College, Cleveland recorded two more assists, including an assist on the game-winning goal. She now has a team-high 11 assists on the season, setting a new school record for assists by a freshman. She is also currently in fourth place on the school's single-season assist list.
