Alejandro Pozzi, a freshman forward for the Missouri Baptist College
Spartans, is the
American Midwest Conference Player of the Week in men's soccer for the
week ending Sept. 29. Pozzi scored the lone goal for the Spartans in a
tough conference outing vs. Hannibal-LaGrange. The Buenos Aires, Argentina
native added a hat trick and two assists vs. Williams Baptist College
later in the week, leading the Spartans to the 8-0 victory. |
