Player of the Week - Sheryle Milton, Hannibal-LaGrange College [Columbia, Mo.] - Sheryle Milton, a junior
forward for the Hannibal-LaGrange women's soccer team, has been named the American Midwest
Conference Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 18 through Oct. 24. Milton helped her
team wrap up conference play last week with a victory over Park College, securing the #2
seed in the AMC post-season tournament and a bye in the first round for the Trojans.
Milton, who hails from Joliet, Ill., scored the game-winner against Park in a 2-1 HLG win.
In addition, Milton led her team to a non-conference win over Central Methodist College
last week, scoring three goals and assisting on two more on the way to an 8-1 Trojan win. |
